Defaultsort[edit]
The DEFAULTSORT template is used to supply one and only one sort keyword for an article. The keyword is used for sorting the member articles of a category. Each member article will only appear once in the category, no matter how many DEFAULTSORT templates have been entered. When more than one is entered, only the last DEFAULTSORT is used.
There is no mechanism in wikipedia for specifying within an article alternate names or multiple entries to an overall index (which Wikipedia doesn't really have). You can however create additional articles with alternate spellings for titles, and have those articles redirect to the main one.
