Hi there. Saw the article you started on Retegi. I tagged it as lacking information about the subject's importance. You said he played a sport, but is he particularly notable for it? Obviously lots of people play sports and never make it into encylopedias. Check out WP:BIO for notability guidelines for articles about people. NickelShoe (Talk) 19:11, 25 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Valencian and Basque pilotaris[edit]

Kaixo!

I beg your pardon for my mistake regarding the link from Julián Retegi to the Basque article about his son Julen. I just wanted to help.

Have you noticed the articles about the Valencian pilota, its variants, its notable pilotaris and its relevant competitions?

I was thinking on translating the Basque pilota related pages to Catalan, but they are not still ordered and categorized. Would you mind we began that work?

I mean creating articles about Basque pilotaris as the Retegi's or the Valencian pilotaris' articles, and not as the Basque articles are, which look like skinny. Best regards, --Casaforra (parlem-ne) 11:00, 27 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Basque cuisine[edit]

Hi! PLease take a look and check the Basque cuisine, Basque cherry soup I added. It was added on the wrong place and I moved the part to the Basque cuisine. I am not sure about the content either, if it is correct or not. This user makes mistakes sometimes in the food and drink articles. Warrington (talk) 18:13, 3 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Unreferenced BLPs[edit]

Hello Likirman! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to ensure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. If you were to bring this article up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 935 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:

The article Talo (food) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

This article has been original research since 2008. The topic appears in blogs, but I found no definitive sources. Fails WP:V

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
