The Not The Wikipedia Weekly Episode 19 Released!

Hey there JamesR/TalkArchive/2008 ! Not The Wikipedia Weekly Episode 19 is now available. Listen to it on the episode's page.

The topics include Wiki-Stress, Arbcom making policy and Wikipedia:Parental Advisory. The multiple files have now been abandoned having finally figured out a bit more about ogg compression so this episode is in one chunk.

Hi ENewsBot! I hope you are doing a good job for me! Cookies to come! :) — E TCB 09:17, 26 June 2008 (UTC)

It may not be the Wikipedia Weekly, and it may not even be weekly - but it's scheduled for less than 24 hours time! - all the info is at the wiki page, and be sure to hang in all the usual places for help and guidance in hooking up the conference call! - feel free to ask me any questions, otherwise I look forward to chatting tomorrow morning (my time!) - cheers, Privatemusings (talk) 05:50, 26 June 2008 (UTC)

I've replied on that page. — E TCB 09:16, 26 June 2008 (UTC)

Full protection on your userpage

Hi E, I see you fully protected your userpage. This isn't really common practice - sometimes established editors need to edit the page to do things like remove dead userboxes, etc. Seeing as your page has only been vandalized once, could I ask you to consider downgrading to semi-protection? The Evil Spartan (talk) 05:22, 28 June 2008 (UTC)

 Done :) — E TCB 06:24, 28 June 2008 (UTC)

Newsletter robot delivery

Hi, Please will you have a look at the newsletter delivery bot as the delivery of Wikipedia:WikiProject Yorkshire/Newsletter/July 2008 has not happened yet ? Thank you--Harkey (talk) 07:02, 2 July 2008 (UTC)

Sincere apologies, I forgot to turn on the server on which the job runs on! It has been started now.  Doing...E TCB 12:19, 2 July 2008 (UTC)
Can you have a look on why you delivered it on a userpage? It's probably a faulty subscribers list, but just in case... :) -- lucasbfr talk 12:32, 2 July 2008 (UTC)
Indeed, it is the local copy of the subscribers list. The code shows User_talk:Qst although I am so not sure why it is delivering it to the userpage. — E TCB 12:37, 2 July 2008 (UTC)
Done The task has been completed. — E TCB 12:37, 2 July 2008 (UTC)

Many thanks.--Harkey (talk) 13:12, 2 July 2008 (UTC)

86.73.32.153 edits

As Moyg did tell, I think some edits by 86.73.32.153 (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · filter log · WHOIS · RDNS · RBLs · http · block user · block log) reveal (or pretend to reveal) the real name of a contributor and should be deleted from history. Regards P-e (talk) 19:56, 19 July 2008 (UTC)

Hey...was this intentional? I'm a bit confused. Someone else did notice, but not for like two hours. GlassCobra 14:59, 26 July 2008 (UTC)

Wow, that was not intentional, rather was just adding the {{pp-semi}} template. I do apologise for that. — E TCB 00:56, 27 July 2008 (UTC)
See ANI/VPT... a recent bug, I believe. —Giggy 01:00, 27 July 2008 (UTC)
