You are blocked because of your own behaviour, not because you were once confused with another user, and that block will extend to any new account you create. That is block evasion and it is not allowed. Since your block also involves posting personal information about other users I have also revoked your talk page access. Eagle, you were l'Honorable. That account got blocked. You made a new account-->the block transfers to the new account, if you will, since it's a sock of a blocked account.
