Thx for your contribution to the August 1 article. I've seen so many bogus contributions wherein people listed themselves as a famous birth that I was pleasantly surprised to see a meaningful contribution. --Halloween jack 21:50, 19 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Edits to date pages[edit]

Hello, I see you are making several edits to date pages. PLEASE include edit summaries in all of those edits. Edit summaries help people to understand what you are doing. User:Zoe|(talk) 21:13, 21 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I came here to make the same request. A large percentage of date article edits are bad, so if you are making good edits a short summary would save other editors from having to check your work. Every edit should have a summary, and abbreviations are allowed. Cheers, -Will Beback 07:30, 6 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Why did you remove George Albert Smith from the deaths section of the April 4th article? Smith's biography indicates that this was the date on which he died. Rklawton 18:33, 19 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
