British/Irish Collegial Banner: Whilst i don't always agree with you (hardly ever maybe), you have always done your best to be collaborative, and open-minded to opposing opinions on thorny issues and willing to work towards a compromise that suits all involved - even when the discussion has gotten quite heated.
