Jmjglick is the username of me, one of the many contributors to Wikipedia. I speak English, Pig Latin, a few words in Chinese, and am learning Spanish. Instrumentally, I play piano and cello, and play several sports including ping-pong, golf, and tennis. I enjoy nostalgia and life in the 1960s, while I also enjoy studying old computer operating systems and devices of removable storage. Over time, I have collected forty 3½" floppy disks, all for free; I has even received two 16-year-old 5¼" floppy disks.

I have programmed MS-UNO, the assumed "first disk operating system ever created by man", even more ancient than MS-DOS. According to Uncyclopedia, this operating system has been long gone and forgotten, so I decided to re-introduce this system to the world by programming it. MS-UNO 1.0 is planned to be re-introduced and will include two applications: Microsoft Write and Tic-Tac-Toe. MS-UNO 2.0 is planned to include saving OHMYGOD OPERATIVE51W WAS HERE., renaming, and deleting capabilities, and possibly a version of True BASIC as an application. You will be able to download MS-UNO 1.0 free of charge once it is uploaded to the web, either from this web page or my web site, listed as a link below.

On my free time, whenever I manage to have it, I enjoy studying the designs of old vehicles, my favorite being the Volkswagen Camper from the 1960s. In addition, I enjoy acquiring and taking apart old machinery in general, planning road trips, and working with radio wave broadcasting. In the summer, I enjoy reading, playing extra tennis, and riding my bike many miles. Please note that I am not a modernist, so I do not listen to an iPod, use a cellphone, play video games, or think of floppy disks as being completely obsolete and unreliable. Instead, I enjoy listening to oldies and classical music on the radio, drawing, tuning in to distant AM radio stations, playing the piano, or playing made-up games such as rubber band archery.

Jmjglick's Website is currently under construction. The shortwave radio stations WGDS and WGDS2 that I broadcast on as Bus #69947 are both on the air and on the internet.
