Titled like group editnotices[edit]

@GoldRingChip: This editnotice and its subpages are titled as if they're group editnotices for subpages of U.S. Congress, whereas they are really editnotice templates (Category:Editnotice templates). Do you have any objection to me moving these from Template:Editnotices/Group/U.S. Congress... to Template:Editnotice U.S. Congress... or similar titles?
