Styling of name[edit]

Before I move it boldly, is there any compelling reason why this article is not at least moved to Third D3gree, if not some disambiguated version of Third Degree? —C.Fred (talk) 16:54, 24 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

  • They are know mainly know as THIRD D3GREE in capital letters --Miss X-Factor (talk) 20:31, 24 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
But it's not an acronym? Then according to MOS:ALLCAPS, it should be moved. —C.Fred (talk) 22:41, 24 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Its better off with caps. Then it takes away Tradmark if its lowercase. --Miss X-Factor (talk) 22:43, 24 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
And again, the Manual of Style says to reduce trademarks to lowercase. —C.Fred (talk) 23:05, 24 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
The more I look at the MOS and other articles with similar naming issues (Pink (singer) and Kesha come to mind), the more I think Third Degree (band) is the appropriate title. —C.Fred (talk) 23:08, 24 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • I agree. Because this is Wikipedia, Third Degree is the right title. After the move someone can add "Third Degree, stylized as THIRD D3GREE," in the lead section. 0z (talk) 03:45, 25 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I would go further and opt for Third Degree, not Third D3gree. We overlook the stylised typography for P!nk and Ke$ha, so why not here too? WWGB (talk) 03:53, 25 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Oops, my bad. Yeah that's what I meant. Edited what I've said above. 0z (talk) 03:57, 25 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I'd support a move to Third Degree (band). –anemoneprojectors– 08:01, 25 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • I've moved it and added 0z's text about the stylised name. —C.Fred (talk) 16:16, 25 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
