Untitled section[edit]

These paragraphs more or less represent the different subsections I expect to have in this article 1) Definition (origin if I can find it but no luck so far) 2) Use in music 3) Use in "real life" 4) Positive readings of the term 5) Critique of the term 6) Alternative uses of the term. I think you're off to a great start..start by perhaps giving a history,(if you can) of when it was first seen in hip-hop. and create sub sections i.e "the effect of the ride or die chick on black women" MBAILEY004 (talk) 21:02, 5 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Really great start so far, this is also a subject that I thought might have some work done on it previously in wikipedia, but I'm glad you're doing it! My main note is just about formatting, putting in the headers for the sections (subtopics as well as the reference section), information on which can be found here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:Section. Really good job so far and i'm excited to see how it turns out! Tyeargin92 (talk) 22:29, 5 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
