Pyrazinamide + Rifampicin is NOT recommended[edit]
Under Medical Uses, it states that "Pyrazinamide in conjunction with rifampin is a preferred treatment for latent tuberculosis.[3]" Yet since 2004, the regimen is now widely avoided after being associated with severe and fatal cases of hepatotoxicity.
