Please feel free to add more information, as well as change the title of the article to "His Excellency: George Washington." At the moment, I've not a clue how to accomplish this. I'll add more information later myself, after I finish reading the book...Er. ~ The Rebel At ~ 21:33, 9 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

He learns, he learns. I figured out how to rename the page. So please disregard the above.~ The Rebel At ~ 13:34, 10 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the additions, they look good. I'm still working on the whole content thing (smart man uses book review, stubborn man reads book).~ The Rebel At ~ 18:41, 10 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Reading the book is always best! Thanks for your good work. -Classicfilms 18:50, 10 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Once again, my thanks to Classicfilms for all the beautification work!~ The Rebel At ~ 14:48, 14 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
No problem ~ The Rebel At ~, glad to help! You did an excellent job on this page. What about adding a section on critical reception of the book from reviewers? -Classicfilms 15:19, 14 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Sounds like a good idea. How would it be best to proceed? A general summarization of the reviews? Excerpts from reviews? This link leads to a site which has collected about twenty or more reviews from notable publications, which will be useful for the enterprise. ~ The Rebel At ~ 16:05, 14 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Summary is usually best - pick a few reviews from notable sources and give an overview of what different critics are saying. This type of section occurs frequently on Wikipedia film pages so you might look at some of the film pages to get an idea of what different people have done. -Classicfilms 16:09, 14 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Apologies on the "Officially Complete"[edit]

Just wanted to offer my apologies on that, I was writing from memory and falsely recalled how Ellis described the papers. "...the Washington Papers is the mother lode, all the scattered pieces of paper in the family attic gathered together, catalogued, and classified. This massive project is complete except for the final three years of the War for Independence and the final term of the presidency..." So Mea Culpa ~ The Rebel At ~ 14:48, 14 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

HOLY SHIT![edit]

I didnt know about this book. I must find me a copy! DAYAMGeorge Washington Head (talk) 22:27, 15 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
