Variant spelling?[edit]
Is "Heirophant" a variant spelling of this word? In the beginning of the Celestial Chorus book (for Mage), there's a tarot card that says "Heirophant" on it. That's also the way that Manson fan site is spelled.—The preceding unsigned comment was added by 192.154.130.112 (talk • contribs) 00:18, 2 February 2006 (UTC).

Fortean Times[edit]
Under "Popular culture", the Fortean Times column is mentioned twice. I'd delete the first one myself, but I don't want to step on anyone's toes.—The preceding unsigned comment was added by 24.175.20.217 (talk • contribs) 15:10, 30 September 2006 (UTC).
Disambig[edit]
All of the subsections in this article seem more suited for a new Hierophant (disambiguation) page rather than the main article. Split? -- JHunterJ 12:30, 16 April 2007 (UTC)

i suppose she does count as a hierophant, but the inclusion of a video game character on such a page seems a little...strange. im kinda curious if there was an actual person here...
Nestorius[edit]
Can anyone explain why this page links to Nestorius? Grailknighthero (talk) 18:44, 4 March 2009 (UTC)
Merger proposal[edit]
I propose that Hierophylakes be merged into Hierophant. I think that these words have significantly overlapping definitions (Hierophantai is listed as a synonym of Hierophylakes). Elriana (talk) 14:32, 23 July 2015 (UTC)
