Book? Film?[edit]
Hi,
isn't it a bit strange that " ... Turner's book, Film Stars Don't Die in Liverpool, ..." links to the movie, not the book?

Relationship with Tony Ray[edit]
Two sources suggest the story of Grahame beginning her relationship with Tony when the latter was underage may be untrue.
From news.com.au; January 2018
Four years before she [Grahame] and [Peter] Turner met, she divorced her last husband, Tony Ray — her former stepson by her second husband, director Nicholas Ray. Legend had it that the older Ray found them in bed together when Tony was 13. “It’s fiction,” Turner told The Post. “The scandal arose when she was going through a bitter child-custody battle with her third husband, Cy Howard, who took her to the cleaners. When she married Nick’s son later, the press made a big meal of it.” [1]
And from Entertainment Weekly,February 21, 2018:
Later, when she battled [Cy] Howard for custody of their daughter, Marianna Paulette, rumors circulated that Grahame had initially seduced Tony when he was just 13 — news that, along with her tarnished professional reputation, made her a Hollywood outcast.
