Wikiproject Prisons[edit]

If anyone's interested, I've proposed a new wikiproject for the creation and improvement of articles regarding specific prisons, internment camps, and detention centers here. --Cdogsimmons (talk) 02:06, 23 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Current figures?[edit]

As of November 25th 2008, visited http://www.cdcr.ca.gov/Visitors/Facilities/CMF.html - It states Mike Knowles as Warden. 1,853 number of staff. With a Design Capacity of 3,292 and Count of 3,031 which works out to be about 99%. Was wondering how recent are these figures? If recent as this year, would like to update the information page. - Adam Daley.

Notable Inmates[edit]

Wouldn't Don DeFreeze ('Field Marshall Cinque') of the SLA qualify as a notable inmate of Vacaville? According to Brad Schreiber's 'Revolution's End,' Defreeze was sentenced to CMF on December 3, 1970 (page 41, Nook pagination). Deshy2 (talk) 03:37, 21 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Definitely. I've added him, with a reference indicating that he was at CMF, not the nearby Solano State Prison. --GentlemanGhost (séance) 18:32, 28 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Why is there a See Also section if nothing is below it? Jhurley85 (talk) 14:05, 10 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
