Karel VI. Schwarzenberg (5th June 1911-9th April 1986), 6th prince of Schwarzenbg was a Czech aristocrat from House of Schwarzenberg, military officer, politician and one of the main leaders of the first republic Vlajka with more than 5,000 members (1935). [1] During World war 2, he fought against the Third Reich and after the war he was awarded for his participation and leadership in the South Bohemian resistance. [2] After Communist coup in 1948 he went into exile in Austria, where he also died in age of 75 years. His son, Karel VII. in 2013 ran for president of the Czech Republic. [3]
