- Comment: I would suggest removing that 'Selected works' section entirely, or at the very least significantly cutting it down in size. It adds no encyclopaedic value, and exists merely to catalogue her work, which is not the purpose of Wikipedia. DoubleGrazing (talk) 10:19, 8 May 2024 (UTC)
- Comment: Too much unreferenced content. DoubleGrazing (talk) 09:12, 31 January 2024 (UTC)

Csilla Soós (Felbár, January 19, 1983 -) is a Hungarian stained glass artist from Slovakia. In 2016, Pope Francis gave her an apostolic blessing for her many stained glass windows for the Church.[1] In 2018, she received the EX Libris Award at the 40th Gala of the Hungarian Art Awards.[2] The 2020 edition of Csaba Böjte's Herbarium features stained glass artworks by Csilla Soós.[3]
Early life[edit]
Csilla Soós was born in January 1983 in Felbár, near Dunaszerdahely. She comes from a Roman Christian Catholic family and her grandmother Ilona played a major role in the development of her faith in God.[4]
As a teenager, she often visited craft camps and spent all her free time studying art and doing crafts such as pottery, knitting, crocheting, sewing, beading and, in her teens, making enamel and enameled needlework. At that time she was only getting to know stained glass making, but by the age of 18 her interest in stained glass making had grown. She knew and felt that this was the craft that interested her, was closest to her heart and that she could and would do it for a lifetime.[5]
For 4 years she studied enameled ornament making at the Kovács Margit Art School in Győr, where she was awarded a gold ring for her professional skills.[6]
Career[edit]
In 2010, TV2 asked Csilla Soós Stained Glass Artist to create the prizes for it's show A nagy duett.[7]
In 2012, she was commissioned by TV2 to create stained glass stars for the contestants who were eliminated from Megasztár.[8]
In 2016, Pope Francis gave an apostolic blessing to her for her many stained glass windows for the Church.[9]
In 2018 she was awarded the EX Libris Prize at the 40th Gala of the Hungarian Art Awards.[10]
In 2020, Csaba Böjte's Herb Book featured stained glass works by Csilla Soós.[11]
