Untitled[edit]

Shouldn't all of the Northwestern Hawaiian Islands, except Midway Atoll, be listed here also? All of the NWHI are also part of the state of Hawaii, I think administered by the City & County of Honolulu. By definition, they should be listed here, it may be picky.
