Inclusion on the page[edit]

It would seem to me that only American musicians and bands who have made an ukulele their primary instrument or contributed to its popularity should be included. Unless consensus moves in a different direction, when adding people or groups to this list, please only do so if the primary instrument for which they are known is the ukulele. If not, they will be removed. Please also avoid adding redlinks.

If possible, it'd be good to also list which type of ukulele (soprano, tenor, etc.) next to each person or group. Also, when adding someone to the list, you can also tag "Category:American Ukulele players" to the bottom of their article.

Removal from Category[edit]

List those that don't appear to really meet the requirements for inclusion. Unless someone adds to the article with references, these individuals should probably be removed from the list. Add those you don't believe should be included, after suitable time for review and comment, they will be removed.
