Many of the editors who engaged in the recent edit warring were EC ... upgrading to that level of protection would have no effect on them. Carlos Alcaraz[edit]

Reason: Requesting autoconfirmed (semi) protection. There's been a high level of IP vandalism. Even IP non-vandalism edits have changed content without any (change in) sourcing.
