English: Holborn: City Temple, Holborn Viaduct, EC1 City Temple is both a church and a conference centre http://www.city-temple.com/index.asp. It was one of the earliest Nonconformist churches in London, choosing to worship God according to the Bible instead of following the Book of Common Prayer of the Church of England. Although there has been a Nonconformist church since the sixteenth century, this building dates from 1874.
